We design cargo handling solutions that fit the mission.

Our team covers concept studies, system architecture, detailed design, and integration. We work closely with operators to balance weight, durability, maintainability, and cost, and we document interfaces so downstream manufacturing and installation are efficient. Digital models and rapid prototypes help us validate form, fit, and function early in the process.

From first sketch to installation package.

Certification is part of our daily work.

With decades in the aviation industry, we plan and execute certification activities in step with design and testing. Our experience spans FAA, EASA, national and global authorities, whether it is organisational certficates our products specific STCs.

Efficient pathways from design data to approved configuration.

We deliver on time.

Production is organised through a reliable network of specialist suppliers, with final assembly and quality control coordinated by TurnTime. This model gives us flexibility in capacity, access to advanced processes, and stable lead times. We maintain close technical interfaces, run first-article reviews, and use incoming inspection, traceability, and functional testing before shipment.

Focused coordination that scales with demand.

We verify solutions at full scale in Lund.

Our workshop includes a Boeing 737 forward fuselage section that allows realistic installation studies, ergonomics checks, and operational trials. Teams can assess clearances, service access, and loading flows, then refine design details before release. When needed, we combine the mockup with instrumentation to capture forces, cycle times, and maintainability data that support certification and service readiness. In the upper deck there is also a conference room after a demonstration when customers visit.
